Set and implement standard operating procedures and service standards for the store.
Manage pre-assigned staff for both front and back of house to ensure brand standards are met.
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff according to company policies and employment laws.
Oversee card payment systems, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
Maintain the effectiveness of IT and other essential in-store systems, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
Manage daily stock of food and beverage items, verify deliveries, and ensure proper storage and data entry.
Oversee health & safety, security, and emergency systems, ensuring staff and customer awareness in accordance with policies and laws.
Participate in ongoing training to develop personal skills and capabilities as provided by the company or approved providers.
Our ideal Shift Manager will:
* Be experienced in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail food service environment at manager or assistant manager level.
* Demonstrate supervisory and leadership qualities.
* Have the desire to progress to an Area Manager role.
