Electronic Patient Records Training Manager (EPR) (NHS role)
Duration: 8 months
Pay: £40.31/hr + pro-rata 25 days paid holiday per year (worth £4.87/hr) + NHSP covers Employer's NI (worth £7.39/hr), total approximate rate: £52.57/hr
Work arrangement: On-site initially, then hybrid working (circa 50% on-site / 50% remote)
Key requirement: Previous experience leading a trust-wide EPR pre-deployment training programme
You will be responsible for developing and delivering (managing a team of trainers) an IT skills and EPR training strategy to support the Trust's EPR system implementation. This involves aligning with national and local policies, providing a reliable and cost-effective training service tailored to user and organizational needs, and developing the service in line with the strategic direction of the Electronic Patient Record system.
