The successful candidate will lead and motivate a small team, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) in General Haulage are consistently exceeded and compliance requirements are rigorously adhered to. The Candidate; Proven experience in a similar Transport FLM role Experience within a high volume general haulage operation is highly desirable Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team within a Transport Logistics Operations environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to produce data and information to identify opportunities and cost-saving initiatives. Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels. Strong commercial awareness. Good understanding of EU legislation related to transport operations.
