As our Technical Business Partner, you’ll be
* Acting as the single point of contact for all aspects of IT within your business units - from strategy to service delivery.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into actionable digital and technology plans.
* Leading and influencing IT demand planning, capability building, and investment planning across the business.
* Championing continuous improvement in operational IT services, ensuring stability, resilience, and value delivery.
* Shaping and aligning a 3-year digital and IT strategy that supports both business objectives and wider Group ambitions.
* Driving portfolio management - supporting prioritisation, removing blockers, and ensuring successful project delivery.
* Supporting the development of robust business cases, offering IT expertise on cost, benefits, resourcing, and risk.

About You
We’re seeking someone who can bring a balance of business acumen and technical know-how. You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience in an IT Business Partner, Technology Consultant, or similar strategic role.
* Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
* Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
* A track record of delivering technology change and driving IT value in complex environments.
* Confidence navigating ambiguity, influencing decisions, and aligning IT delivery with business strategy.
* Experience in leading service performance and vendor relationships (desirable).
