Over the decades, we have meticulously crafted trunks and cases for members of the British Royal Family, including Princess Diana, Queen Elizabeth II, and, most recently, King Charles. Following the opening of our new flagship store in the heart of Mayfair, we are in an exciting period of growth. As we expand our presence, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Assistant to drive sales, cultivate client relationships, and enhance our brand's reach.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Assistant to run sales operations, ensure exceptional client experiences and develop client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury retail, strong sales skills, and a passion for storytelling and brand heritage.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Drive in-store sales and achieve revenue targets
* Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand brand awareness and sales channels.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
Client Relations & Customer Experience
* Cultivate strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring a personalised and elevated shopping experience.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and storytelling about the brand.
* Develop and maintain a robust client book, fostering loyalty through personalised outreach and VIP experiences.
General Administrative & Operational Support
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and provide regular feedback to the Head of Product on best-selling items.
* Collaborate with the team to align sales initiatives with brand strategy.
Key Requirements:
* Proven sales experience, particularly within luxury retail.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to driving business growth.
* Deep passion for luxury and high-end products.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
* Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of initiative.
* Strong attention to detail, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A team player with a hands-on approach to tasks, no matter how big or small.
* Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturdays being mandatory.
