SEO is a business-critical channel here, with strong visibility across the wider organisation, influencing teams across commercial, trading and buying, not just digital marketing; you’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-performance environment with significant investment in digital and access to best-in-class tools and agency support!
THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of SEO performance for a flagship retail site, driving organic growth across a high-traffic, high-revenue platform. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, working across technical SEO, content optimisation and strategy delivery.
* Owning SEO performance (rankings, traffic, revenue)
* Delivering and executing SEO strategy across technical and on-site optimisation
* Identifying growth opportunities through keyword and performance analysis
* Managing site health (technical SEO, crawlability, indexing)
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions
* Managing agency relationships and output
* Reporting on performance and KPIs
* Supporting and developing junior team members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Strong SEO experience with ownership of a site or key areas
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
* Experience across technical and content SEO

* GA4
* Botify (nice to have)
* Pi Datametrics
