Qualifications
Experience & Expertise:
* 8+ years in senior data strategy leadership roles.
* Track record implementing enterprise-wide data initiatives.
* Deep understanding of data governance and ethical frameworks.
* Experience navigating complex, matrix organizational structures.
Leadership & Vision:
* Strategic thinker who balances governance with innovation.
* Proven ability to influence C-level executives and drive organizational change.
* People-focused leadership style that empowers teams.
* Visionary mindset that anticipates future data trends.
Knowledge & Education:
* Advanced degree in Information Management, Business Administration or related field.
* Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
* Interest in agricultural innovation and sustainability.

Location: Remote working is possible within the UK if you can commute to Bracknell or Manchester at least three times per month.
