Senior Quantity Surveyor – Healthcare Project (Bournemouth)\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a live healthcare project based in Bournemouth.\n\nThe project has approximately 8 months remaining and would suit a freelance Senior QS with the relevant experience. There is also the opportunity for a permanent position, with the role transitioning to our Southampton area office upon project completion.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for valuations, management of variations, subcontract administration, cost forecasting, and supporting dispute resolution under NEC contracts.\n\nRequirements:\n\nApplicants should have post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with proven experience working on healthcare projects and NEC forms of contract. MEP experience is preferred, although strong generalist Quantity Surveyors with relevant project experience will also be considered.\n\nContract Type:\n\nFreelance or Permanent\n\nLocation: Bournemouth (project based), with Southampton office for permanent roles\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a major healthcare scheme
