– Skelmersdale – Temporary – £12.21 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative manufacturing company as a Customer Service Administrator. You will be working alongside four colleagues in the main office.
Daily duties will include:
* Answering phone calls and emails from existing customers
* Checking stock levels and making follow-up calls to inform about out-of-stock products
* Inputting orders into SAP
* Following up on delivery dates
Working hours:
* 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
* Monday to Friday
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer service and care aspects. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be eager to learn new skills.
