Resourcing Assistant

ROLE PURPOSE

Key duties & responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor the Resourcing inbox, responding to queries and escalating where appropriate
* Assist with scheduling teams to meet client work requirements and deadlines
* Maintain and update resourcing plans and schedules accurately
* Support the coordination of workloads across teams to ensure optimal utilisation
* Prepare and assist with reports on resourcing, capacity, and project status
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the Resourcing Manager
* Liaise with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth communication
* Handle ad hoc tasks and requests as required


Experience & qualifications

Skills & Experience:

* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable working with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and email systems
* A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative

Personal Attributes:

* Hardworking and dependable
* Quick to learn
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* Able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Desirable (but not essential):

* Previous experience in a resourcing, scheduling, or administrative role
* Experience working in a fast-paced or client-focused environment
