Job Role
* Overseeing the welfare and progress of a specific year group, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional needs, providing guidance and pastoral care
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs and concerns
* Organising and coordinating year group activities, events, and assemblies
* Implementing and monitoring behaviour management strategies, working closely with the pastoral team
* Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a strong sense of community within the year group
* Tracking and monitoring student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
* Working closely with the school's leadership and pastoral teams to drive the school's vision and values

Requirements
* Relevant experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
