Job Description
This role serves as a strategic bridge between our online audiences and the brand, shaping how our story is told across global digital channels. The Global Digital Channels Manager will lead the day-to-day management of the Group’s corporate digital channels with a strong focus on positioning the company as thought leader in the industry, deepening audience engagement, and increasing the company’s lead generation pipeline from social media campaigns.
You will:
1. Manage the Group and executive social media channels and homepage, providing an editorial calendar that delivers fresh, useful and compelling content for target audiences
2. Create and produce engaging short-form video content (reels, executive videos, interviews and other platform-native formats)
3. Lead and implement content strategy that supports our brand positioning and business objectives, working closely with other content specialists
4. Create and optimize compelling digital campaigns
5. Coordinate publishing of cross-channel corporate campaigns
6. Guide and support the Digital Engagement team on community management
7. Oversee social media complaints on Group social media channels
8. Stay up-to-date with new and interesting content formats and pilot them, communicating suggested content and updates to appropriate departments
9. Educate internal stakeholders on best practices for social media management and digital campaigns
Qualifications
Qualifications:
10. 5+ years developing and executing strategies that engage communities, particularly for B2B environments, on channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube
11. Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex topics into engaging, audience-focused storytelling
12. Proven experience creating, editing and producing short-form social media video content
13. Strong understanding of emerging social media trends, formats and platforms, with hands-on experience testing and optimizing new content approaches
14. Demonstrated experience developing high-impact content for different audiences and formats, including articles, videos, live streams, interviews and multimedia campaigns
15. Active daily engagement with social media and digital culture, with a strong instinct for online communities and audience behaviors
16. Experience working in international and matrixed organizations
17. Native-level English proficiency, additional languages are a plus
