You’re a creative powerhouse who thrives on crafting high-converting ad campaigns, turning performance data into actionable strategies, and telling stories that stop the scroll. You’re passionate about innovation, detail-oriented, and ready to help scale MHI Media’s client success.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
* Ad Idea Innovator: You generate groundbreaking ad concepts that capture attention and drive conversions.
* Copywriting Pro: You craft compelling scripts for UGC creators that align with brand voices and deliver results.
* Data-Driven Decision Maker: You analyze performance metrics from platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and others, using insights to refine and optimize campaigns.
* Briefing Boss: You write crystal-clear creative briefs that set creators and teams up for success, ensuring smooth execution every time.
* Trend Spotter: You stay ahead of social media trends, adapting strategies to keep clients’ ads fresh, relevant, and competitive.
What We’re Not Looking For:

The Details:
* Full-Time Role: Remote, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
* Impactful Work: You’ll play a key role in scaling MHI Media’s clients through creativity, innovation, and data-driven results.
* Collaborative Team: Be part of a growing team that values accountability, fresh ideas, and exceptional execution.
* £28-38k Depending On Experience - Plus Commission (10-20k expected)
