Were looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager with marine industry knowledge to help grow our customer base and strengthen our presence in the leisure marine sector.

The Role
This is a hands-on, consultative sales role focused on winning new business. Youll work directly with marina managers, harbour masters, and marine business leaders, using your industry insight to understand their challenges and position Harbour Assist as the solution.
Youll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and demos through to negotiation and close working as part of a small, agile team.
What Youll Do
1. Identify and convert new business opportunities across marinas, harbours, and marine organisations
2. Deliver engaging product demos (online and in person)
3. Manage and forecast your pipeline using CRM tools
