Everlast Gyms is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Fitness Coach to join our team in Macclesfield, United Kingdom. As a Fitness Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their health and fitness goals through personalised training and support.
* Deliver high-quality MOVE sessions and group training classes to gym members
* Provide excellent customer service and support to all gym users
* Contribute to new member sales and retention efforts
* Participate in gym events and challenges to engage and motivate members
* Maintain a clean and well-presented gym environment
* Conduct fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans for clients
* Offer guidance on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage
* Support the wider team in promoting secondary products to drive profitability
* Adapt training programmes to suit various fitness levels and individual needs
* Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and best practices in the industry
Qualifications
* Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (essential)
* CIMSPA membership certificate 'Practitioner' Level
* Valid Public Liability Insurance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Extensive knowledge of various fitness techniques and equipment
* Proven ability to create and implement personalised workout plans
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Enthusiastic and motivational approach to coaching
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
