About this role As our Platform Accounting & Insights Manager, you will lead the Record To Report (R2R) function for revenue and platform accounting. Based in our Global Finance Operations team, you’ll lead, deliver, and care by ensuring data integrity across global revenue streams and fostering a high-performing team. You will champion innovation, leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools to streamline the month-end close and drive excellence in financial insights. These are some of the key components to the position: Own the end-to-end accounting process for global revenue streams, ensuring high-quality data integrity and accuracy. Design and oversee efficient reconciliation flows from order to cash, including online payment methods and risk mapping. Lead accounting for complex financial matters and new revenue streams in strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Provide high-quality financial analysis and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business impact. Partner with Product, Tech, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams to implement new products and assess financial system impacts. Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and refining models to enhance team workflows and internal controls. Manage and coach a team of direct reports, focusing on talent development and helping others succeed. What will you bring to the team? Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and a degree in Finance or a related field. Expertise in Record To Report (R2R) processes with a focus on revenue and platform accounting. Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex querying and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI or Tableau. Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) 15 and its application to revenue recognition. Experience optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Workday, and improving complex financial data structures. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Tech, and senior leadership. Commitment to acting responsibly while managing projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
