VANRATH is partnered with an innovative technology solutions provider, currently seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst. This role is based in Belfast with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 WFH) and operates on US hours (shifts between 1pm - 10pm UK time).
Job Responsibilities
* Respond to support tickets effectively and escalate to senior team members when necessary.
* Provide hardware and software support.
* Participate in projects with the wider IT team.
* Manage tickets and cases via ServiceNow.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a service desk or IT support role.
* Experience with Active Directory and ServiceNow.
* Familiarity with Microsoft platforms such as Azure and Intune.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of Windows 10 and Microsoft application support.
