About the Role:
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our client's team on a 12-month contract. This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday), ideal for someone who enjoys a structured environment and has experience working with project documentation and admin support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Uploading, managing, and maintaining documents across platforms
* Reading and reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance
* General administrative support to project and site teams
* Ensuring documentation is up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Previous experience in a similar document control or administrative role
* Familiarity with Aconex and SharePoint – highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
