Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing: Gain a deep understanding of our Brand Partners' goals, product lines, and market positioning. You'll help shape strong Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and contribute to annual marketing strategies that deliver results. Build Collaborative Relationships act as a key contact for our Brand Partners—building trust through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and seamless coordination across teams. Execute Joint Marketing Campaigns Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing calendars, covering everything from product launches to promotions and customer journey initiatives. Analyse, Report & Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations. You'll help our partners understand what's working and where we can go bigger and better. Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables—keeping projects aligned with strategic goals and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. A Few Things About You: Proven experience in digital marketing and/or retail, demonstrating good understanding across a variety of marketing channels Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for growth Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously A proactive, "Let's go" attitude, with a strong desire to learn and develop professionally A Bit About Us: When it comes to appliances and electricals, we've got the lot.
