About the Role

As an hourly paid lecturer, you will:

About You
We're looking for a passionate and committed individual with:
* Proven experience in excellent customer service and delivering training packages in the workplace
* Strong knowledge of effective classroom management
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive, learner-focused teaching
* A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to achieve one)
You should be confident in delivering to a diverse range of learners and ready to inspire them to achieve their full potential.
