What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Marketing Administrator REF: ATR 5276292 Pay rate: £25,816.00 per annum PAYE, pro rata for 10 month contract, TBC Contract Type: This is a 10 month role to cover maternity leave. Working Arrangement: This role will be remote, but ideally, you’ll be based within the operating regions as travel will be required for team meetings and to visit homes which span across Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and London. Full UK driving licence is essential The role: We are seeking a Marketing Administrator for a 10 month contract to cover maternity leave. In this exciting role you will be able to develop your marketing skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment whilst gaining hands-on experience in property marketing and shared ownership schemes. You will work collaboratively across departments and with the potential buyers and build your confidence in digital content creation and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team with marketing administration, customer engagement and property-related communications. Work closely with colleagues across the Sales and Marketing team and wider departments, helping to ensure accurate data management and smooth operational support. Supporting customer engagement and communications Assisting with sales and property marketing administration Analysing marketing data and maintaining accurate records Handle incoming calls via the sales phone line, offering first-line support and directing queries appropriately Assist with email distribution, including enquiries, lead registration, and customer updates. Allocation of leads within the CRM system to the relevant member of the team Sales & Property Administration Support administrative processes for new builds and resales, including listing updates, documentation, and coordination with sales teams. Input and maintain accurate customer and property data in the CRM system. Provide ad-hoc support to the Sales team when required What we’re looking for: Previous marketing experience ideally in property marketing Full UK driving licence is essential Previous admin experience and experience of providing Customer advisor support A formal qualification in Marketing Administration or a related field would be advantageous Experience in the shared ownership sector would be advantageous but not a requirement Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) Knowledge of email marketing How to Apply Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
