This position is also fully remote working from home with travelling to various sites, including: Southampton, Portsmouth, Thorney Island, Tidworth, Chichester, Aldershot, Windsor, Sandhurst, Bovington, Bulford.\n\n**THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ROLE THAT MAY BE A PERMANENT POSITOIN AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT**\n\nThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\n\nAssess Learner work and other activities and feedback on progress towards completion of all relevant paperwork for the induction process as laid down by company policy and procedures and delivery profiles, ensuring that details are passed on to administration and the relevant company offices as learners are posted\nDelivery of training for underpinning knowledge to support Learners’ successful completion of units towards their Apprenticeship Programme\nCarry out training/coaching reviews with learners at intervals in accordance with ESFA and Company guidelines\nComplete all relevant paperwork for the apprenticeship process as laid down by company policy and procedures, ensuring that details are passed on to administration and the relevant company offices as learners are posted.\nSkills and Qualifications:\n\nConsiderable experience in all or one of the following: mechanical/electrical/electronic\nExperience in the support and delivery of Apprenticeship Programmes, including but not limited to:\nAssessment of Learners\nLesson Planning & Preparation\nDelivery of Training to Learners, if required\nIdentifying and implementing training solutions\nGood understanding of Equality & Diversity\nGood interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal\nExcellent admin and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to communicate and liaise effectively with Military Service individuals at all levels; soldiers, as well as senior army offices (Majors, Colonels etc.)\nMilitary sector experience preferred.\nLevel 3 Qualification in Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum of GCSE Maths and English at grade C, or equivalent\nAn Assessor qualification is desirable, however if you can demonstrate the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we will provide the necessary training.\nMB789: Apprenticeship Coach (Vehicle Mechanics)\nLocation: South West and South East of the UK\nSalary: £36,400\nWorking Hours: Mon to Fri 37 hours per week\nCompany Benefits: Generous holiday allowance, Contributory pension scheme with life assurance, Employee share scheme, Employee shopping savings portal, Payment of Professional Fees
