Job Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own homes, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders and transport to appointments. Offer comfort, reassurance, companionship and maintain accurate care records. Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the care team. Help keep the client’s living space clean, safe and organised.
Qualifications & Skills
* No specific qualifications required. Kindness and compassion are essential.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
