I am seeking a Licensed Conveyancer/Divisional Legal Manager for a Tier 1 developer based in Wolverhampton. You will be required to manage the Divisional Legal Centre and will be responsible for the sale of over 10000 units per year. You will be involved in build and sales forecast meetings, and you will manage 3 business units, however will be based out of the Wolverhampton office. Out of this office you will manage a team of 10, of which you will have an Assistant Divisional Legal Manager, Legal Support and a number of Estate Conveyancers. Duties include the preparation of legal packs for the sale of plots, infrastructure agreements, land transfers, land sales and sales of freehold reversions. You will required to provide legal advice to the business and attend meetings with business units on new developments.
