About the role
The IT Manager plays a pivotal role within the IT team, responsible for safeguarding and overseeing core elements of IT operations. This includes service management, service support and delivery, technical infrastructure, supplier management, and the development of cyber, data, and information security strategies.
Acting as a trusted partner across the Conexus business, the IT Manager ensures colleagues are supported with secure, reliable, and efficient IT services while promoting a strong culture of information security and cyber awareness.
This is a hands-on position, supported by an MSP, requiring a balance of technical expertise and strategic oversight. The successful candidate will be:
* Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently as the sole in-house systems specialist.
* Skilled in both technical delivery and long-term planning.
* An excellent communicator with strong vendor management experience.
* Highly adaptable, with proven ability to work across CRM, data, and IT infrastructure domains.

We're looking for a hands-on
IT Manager
to take ownership of our IT operations and strategy, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient services across our global business. This role is pivotal to the success of Conexus MedStaff, providing colleagues with the technology, tools, and security they need while driving forward our digital transformation agenda.
As the sole in-house IT specialist, supported by an MSP, you'll play a dual role: delivering day-to-day technical support while also shaping long-term IT strategy. From managing infrastructure, networks, and end-user computing, through to administering our CRM and business systems, you'll ensure our platforms are robust, scalable, and fit for the future. You'll also take the lead on developing and implementing cybersecurity and information security practices, keeping us aligned with ISO27001, CE+, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your role. You'll work closely with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to align IT services with business needs, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure seamless service delivery. You'll also be a key driver of risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, helping safeguard the business from disruption.
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to think strategically. You'll be confident operating independently, comfortable balancing hands-on technical delivery with high-level planning, and skilled at building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. With proven experience in IT service management, vendor engagement, and cybersecurity, you'll play a central role in shaping the future of IT at Conexus.
