Join us and be at the forefront of the green revolution, where every line of code contributes to a cleaner, brighter future.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\n* Lead the reporting workstream\n\n* To deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified and managed into scope through Change Requests in line with the Reporting Strategy and the HCM Project Plan\n\n* Act as the primary point of contact between the business, internal IT teams, and the System Integrator regarding all reporting activities\n\n* Work with business stakeholders to identify and ensure the necessary feeds and support are provided into report delivery\n\n* Assess and resolve reporting gaps and change impacts (proactively and reactively) resulting from the migration to Cloud through collaboration with business, functional and reporting subject matter experts\n\n* Manage the successful testing and acceptance of reporting solutions to the new solution\n\n* Provide leadership to a small team of reporting analysts\n\n* Create and drive delivery plans and schedules, manage associated risks and issues, take ownership for quality, timely delivery but know when to escalate as necessary\n\n* Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection workstreams as required to ensure the security of data throughout all phases of the project\n\nWhat do you need? \n\n* Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations\n\n* Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures\n\n* Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality\n\n* Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of legacy tools such as OBIEE\n\n* Demonstrable experience working with System Integrators and managing 3rd party relationships\n\n* Capable of interpreting/explaining reporting requirements, options and recommendations\n\n* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams\n\n* A background in working in projects, preferably with larger companies (e.g. FTSE 100)\n\n* Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR data\n\nWhat happens now?
