Responsibilities
The College is looking to take on a dedicated Maths & English Lecturer on a long‑term basis, working Monday to Thursday. The successful Maths & English Lecturer will deliver and co‑teach lessons to college learners, supporting a range of abilities while managing behaviour effectively within a two‑teacher classroom model.
Qualifications
* A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
* Experience teaching Maths and/or English in a college, PRU, or similar setting
* Strong behaviour management and de‑escalation skills
* Experience differentiating learning to meet a range of needs
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A calm, patient and adaptable approach
