Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will help deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality service during our breakfast and evening service.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities include:
7. Preparing and setting up dining and service areas
8. Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately
9. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
10. Ensuring food is served promptly and presented well
11. Supporting room service when required
12. Promoting hotel services and special offers
13. Handling guest queries positively and professionally
14. Working closely with colleagues and supervisors
This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
15. Friendly, punctual, and reliable
16. Customer-focused with a positive attitude
17. Comfortable working early mornings and evenings
18. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
19. Willing to learn and follow procedures
20. A good team player with strong communication skills
21. Previous hospitality or service experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
