Make an Impact at RSM UK
We are looking for a People Assistant to join one of our London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Liverpool offices. You will support People Advisors, Senior People Advisors and People Advisory Managers in providing a commercial people service to RSM and work closely with the People team to support the wider business.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support for Employee Relations processes and meetings.
* Respond to inquiries and requests via the central People Team inbox.
* Create, run, and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual reports, including data analysis.
* Support employee well‑being by managing return‑to‑work processes.
* Manage the leavers process, including handling forms, scheduling exit interviews, and conducting interviews for red/blue grade employees.
* Oversee employee life cycle activities such as maternity/paternity meetings and related paperwork.
