The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will lead with passion, creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and running operations with a focus on team coaching
* Understands managing labor, rotas, and financial performance
