HGV Class 2 Driver - AM shifts
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our client based in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent Monday to Friday work, and long-term ongoing opportunities.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday
* Start times: 04:00 - 06:00
Rates of Pay:
* £16.50 per hour
* £25.00 per night out

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be to:
* Safely operate Class 2 (Category C) vehicles
* Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Ensure all loads are safely secured
* Adhere to traffic laws and company procedures
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
* Report any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements
* Assist with loading and unloading as needed
* 5 –10 drops per day, including distance work (as far as Carlisle and Cornwall)
