Director of Operations – Manchester, UK

Role Overview
As Director of Operations – Fleet Response, you will oversee and direct the activities of a number of campaigns along with all Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and Staff assigned to these programs. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
* Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.
* Maintain regular daily interactions with all company departments, campaign team leaders and the whole management team.
* Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management.
* Manage and staff the operations assigned.
* Oversee all aspects of operations, including monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training, delivering excellent client service, problem resolution and related tasks.
* Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives.
* Guide Operations Managers in achieving all team and individual goals.
* Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures.
* Assist the Senior Director of Operations/ Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience at the Director or VP level specializing in BPO Autonomous Vehicle Operations.
* Strong computer skills, especially in using Google Suite applications.
* Proven track record of meeting, delivering, and exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build productive business relationships with clients and possess strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills.
* Proven ability to scale operations and strong experience at employee retention.
* Flexibility to travel.
