You will play a key role in surveying, assessing and planning maintenance and improvement works across a defined regional portfolio.
On offer is a home-based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site-based teams.

The Role:
*Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
*Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
*Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
*Home-based with regular travel across sites within the South East
The Person:
*Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
*Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
*Full UK driving licence
