Helpdesk Team Leader
Looking to recruit a Helpdesk Team Leader to lead a group of Administrators managing a busy repair service on a Permanent basis.
Offering a competitive salary of GBP34,000 + 24 Holiday and Bank Hols, Enhanced Pension Plan, Private Health care and more.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, covering a major contract in London that undertakes repair and Maintenance works on behalf of local councils and contractors.
Responsibilities
* Motivate, coach and support the team, carrying out regular 1:2:1 team meetings, preparing reports while keeping your line manager appraised of activity.
* Undertake audits of your team's work weekly and bring any errors to your team's attention.
* Manage the communal repairs mailboxes.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure this is upheld by the team continuously.
About You
* Have similar experience and be able to show evidence of leading a small team, ideally in a similar role/sector.
* Excellent Customer Service skills with a can-do approach to problem solving are essential.
* Efficient on various IT systems and able to track data.
* Full time office based role in East London: 8am – 5pm.
