Accounts Assistant.Our client works within the beauty sector and due to growth they are looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to help support the day to day accounting activities. Working within a very sociable team there are excellent opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities.This is a full time Monday to Friday role and is fully office based.Key tasks:Raising sales invoicesPost & review supplier invoicesReconcile supplier statementsAllocate paymentsBank reconciliationsPrepare weekly payment runsCredit controlAssist with month and year endQualifications, Experience & Skills:At least 1 years experience within an accounts / finance departmentIdeally AAT qualified or similarPrevious experience with an accounting system and MS officeNumerical with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHave an interest in the beauty / fashion industryOur client take great pride in their culture and working environment and are there to support and help grow everyone that works for them.
