Role: Finance Manager Type: Permanent Salary: £47,000 - £55,000 Requirments: Hybrid 2-3 days on-site Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager on behalf of a Multi-Academy Trust within the Public Sector. This is a key role supporting the CEO and COO in managing and co-ordinating financial processes across the Trust and its academies. The successful applicant will lead the finance team and contribute to the operational development of the Trust's schools. Key responsibilities: Oversee the Trust's financial systems and ensure compliance with statutory and funding requirements Lead, manage and develop the finance team across multiple academies Support budget setting, monitoring and forecasting processes Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures Liaise with auditors, external partners and funding bodies as required The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within education or the wider public sector Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills Confidence in working independently and making sound financial decisions The ability to build strong working rela...
