Experienced Children's Social Worker - First Response
Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG
Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: Starting Salary is £46,142 (Level 1) rising to £49,282 (Level 4) per annum (pro rata for part-time)
We are seeking talented individuals to join Nottingham City Council. The role focuses on ensuring children and families receive the right support at the right time through strengths-based assessment.
About the role
As a Social Worker in the First Response Service, you will be working in either the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub or the Duty Assessment Service. The First Response Service is responsible for ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time through strengths-based assessment.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional Social Work Qualification
* Registered with Social Work England
* Direct experience working with children in a childcare setting
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle
* Excellent communication skills for internal and multi-agency collaboration
Enhanced DBS check is required.
