Your responsibilities Despatch goods on time and continually improve OTD. Ensure all goods leave fully inspected with correct and sufficient paperwork, labelling and packaging. Ensure all goods are despatched in line with Incoterms 2020. Ensure all goods are safely packed and loaded. Generate suitable export documentation in line with LOC contracts. Liaise with the chamber of commerce to obtain legalisation of certificates of origin. Liaise with customers and freight forwarders on all aspects of despatch including FCA & Ex works terms collections. Manage all imported goods. Ensure all methods of transportation and logistics are always the most cost effective. Ensure all company departments are aware of shipping policies.
