The successful candidate will work closely with and lead a team of play workers, ensuring that all activities are well-planned and resourced. Key responsibilities will include: Planning and purchasing resources for a variety of play sessions. Ensuring sessions run smoothly to the highest standards. Completing daily administration tasks efficiently. Enforcing and carrying out policies and procedures clearly.
