About the role
* Supporting Pharmacists and Healthcare professionals in the supply of medicines and accuracy checking to ensure safe and efficient pharmaceutical services.
* Working with Primary and Secondary care professionals to improve community health.
* Overseeing and inspiring the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
* Supporting training of support team members, trainee technicians, and trainee pharmacists.

Responsibilities include:
* Ordering medicines, checking, dispensing, and endorsing prescriptions.
* Performing final accuracy checks of dispensed items before supply.
* Overseeing Dispensing Team Members as delegated by the Responsible Pharmacist.
* Preparing, supplying, and checking prescriptions, providing advice and support.
* Taking medicine histories and advising on treatment options.
* Providing advice to patients and coaching others on medicines and referrals for complex queries.
Requirements:
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC and recognized Accuracy Checking Qualification.
* Passion for patient and customer care.
* Ability to deliver high standards efficiently.
* Experience in overseeing dispensing teams and supporting healthcare teams.
* Teamwork and digital proficiency.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
