Surgical First Assistant – Full time - Up to £46,000 – London
A leading medical group specialising cosmetic treatments and procedures currently requires a registered practitioner to join their highly skilled surgical team as a Surgical First Assistant.
This is a permanent, full time position and an exciting opportunity to work in a state of the art private hospital amongst world-leading expert medical staff.
Role Responsibilities:
• You will provide continuous, competent and dedicated surgical assistance to the operating surgeon during surgical procedures
• You will assist the surgeon with tasks such as selecting equipment, retracting incisions, assisting with haemostasis, assisting with closing the incision, along with other technical tasks
Qualifications:
• Registered with the NMC/HCPC Pin
• Must have completed Surgical First Assist course that meets the nationally recognised standards (CODP 2018, AfPP 2016, CODP 2011)

• Ability to think quickly in a high-stress environment and stay calm under pressure
