Hours: Monday to Friday (80% of contractual hours for 100% pay under 4DWW trial, subject to successful probation)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)

About the Role
We are looking for SEN Teachers who have a therapeutic approach to teaching and learning. Experience of working with Autistic pupils; you will plan, assess, and deliver all subjects with an emphasis on practical learning and personal development. You will tailor teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils and set high expectations to promote progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
* UK QTS/QTLS
* Experience of working in a special education setting with children
* Experience of working with Autistic pupils
Responsibilities
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils and young people
* Work in accordance with professional practice, statutory and legal requirements and school policies
* Take on day-to-day administration and organisation tasks
* Take responsibility for specific areas of work; reviewed annually within performance management and school improvement
* Take on additional responsibilities as determined
* Adept at tailoring lessons to pupils’ strengths and needs
* Set high expectations to inspire, motivate and challenge pupils while promoting progress
About Us
Our New Options Autism School – Bradford Beacon School is proposed to open September 2025 and will cater for 37 pupils aged 4–11 years with a variety of complex needs including ASC. Outcomes First Group leads in setting and delivering new approaches with measurable outcomes for those in our care.
