Location: Stretford Sports Village, Talbot Centre
Rate: £12.71 per hour / £13.50 if Level 2 Gym Instructor qualified (As a Real Living Wage employer, we will be reviewing this rate as part of our upcoming 2026 pay review.)
Hours: 19.5 hours per week
Monday – 16:45 – 22:15
Tuesday 16:45 – 22:15
Sunday 08:45 – 17:15

In the role of Dry Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Meeting & greeting customers
Keyholder responsibility for opening and locking up the site
Staying up to date with systems, processes, and industry best practices.
Maintaining training and qualifications
Preparing activity areas and equipment to meet the needs of the programme
Ensuring all equipment meets the highest standards of safety and cleanliness
Ensuring the safety of our customers
Listening and responding to customers’ requests
Collaborating with managers to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Supporting your centre’s sales and customer retention
What you need:
First Aid at Work – Essential, we can put you through the course if not already acquired.
Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification – Desirable, but not essential for the role.
