About the Opportunity
Corporate Solicitor/ Associate - Up to £65,000 salary
An excellent opportunity for a Solicitor/ Associate to join a highly respected Corporate team in Newcastle. This is an exciting time to join the department, as they’ve recently been recognised as one of the most active deal makers across the UK.
This opportunity is well-suited to an ambitious lawyer seeking to progress their career with a highly regarded firm, servicing high-profile instructions, including M&A, Private Equity work along with Corporate reorganisations.
You will be joining a Legal 500 recognised team, servicing the complete spectrum of corporate transactions, often high value/complexity, for national clients, PLCs, OMBs, and SMEs across a variety of sectors.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, working alongside senior colleagues, leading on complex transactions, and building longstanding relationships locally and nationally.
The Candidate
• Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years post qualification experience
• A proven client following would be highly advantageous
• Seeking a new challenge within a leading firm
• Strong pedigree gained from reputable UK practice(s)
• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
