Project Management Degree Apprentice - Lead Innovation Through Project Excellence with Amazon
Join us as a Project Management Degree Apprentice and gain the skills, experience, and confidence to deliver projects that shape the future of Amazon. You’ll develop a broad and adaptable skillset—mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control, and risk management. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across Amazon’s diverse business lines. Throughout the programme, you’ll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life, all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.
Note: This is a fixed-term contract starting in September 2026 and lasts 42 months.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll gain experience working on real projects that have tangible business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead planning sessions, and support initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees. Your work will involve coordinating resources, managing risks, and using data-driven insights to track performance and deliver successful outcomes. Your Development
At Amazon, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. You’ll learn by doing, applying new knowledge every day while supported by expert mentors and experienced project professionals. This 42-month programme, starting in September 2026, combines on-the-job learning with structured study time, allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.
You’ll spend 80% of your time working in your business area and 20% on dedicated learning, which may include travel to a training centre depending on your provider’s location. About the Team
Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams—from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could support people programmes, drive innovation in tech, optimise processes in operations, or contribute to projects in our entertainment businesses. Team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who’ll support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in project management.
Basic Qualifications
To qualify for this programme, you must:
 * Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
 * Have the right to live and work in England (visa must enable you to work for the entire duration)
 * Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
 * Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
 * Not be registered on another government-funded course ending August 2026 or later
 * Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
 * Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
 * Statement of Comparability for non-UK qualifications via UK ENIC if applicable
 * Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility
 * PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 42-month fixed-term contract
 * You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship
 * This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
