Manage the purchase ledger for different clients. Responsible for using their document management system, e-approval platform and Xero. Manage credit notes. Statement reconciliations. Manage the clubs company credit cards. Lots of liaison with suppliers and our Finance Managers. *As this role progresses there is chance to move into payroll, bank reconciliation, supplier payment runs more!
