The service is embedding a restructure. Working broadly to the attached Job Description, the role requires a focus on delivering the cultural changes required to drive service improvements. This will involve working directly to support 5 Team Leaders who manage a Team of 25 Officers.
It is imperative that the successful candidate can demonstrate experience of delivering cultural change.
IN -depth knowledge of the Housing Wales Act is secondary to this experience and not essential for this role.
A 4 day week will be considered (pay would be on a pro-rata basis).
The candidate is required to be present in the office at least 3 days per week.
