IT Manager – Northolt, West London
Salary: £40,000 - £44,000
My client, a leading tech services company, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the delivery and management of IT services within a school in West London.
Responsibilities
* Manage the school's network infrastructure and ICT systems
* Maintain switches, servers (virtual & physical), Microsoft 365 and backups
* Provide 2nd/3rd line support
* Oversee daily IT operations and support requests
* Line manage ICT support staff
* Deliver technical support and training to staff
* Provide service updates and reports to key stakeholders
About You
* 2-3+ years' experience as an IT Manager, Network Manager or Senior ICT Engineer within a school environment
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, servers, networking and backups
* Experience upgrading school IT infrastructure
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
