SEN Teacher - Tailored Education That Transforms Lives

Location:Gainsborough and surrounding areas
Pay Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Working Pattern:Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Delivery Model:One-to-One Teaching | SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and Medical Needs
About The Role
Are you a qualified teacher with a passion for inclusive education? We're looking for SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one support to students who require a more personalised approach to learning. You'll work with children and young people facing a variety of challenges, helping them build confidence, develop key academic skills, and re-engage with their education in a meaningful way.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver individualised lessons in core subjects, tailored to each learner's needs
* Create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment
* Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent, wraparound support
* Encourage personal growth, resilience, and academic achievement
* Promote inclusive values and model positive behaviour
What You'll Need
* QTS or equivalent (e.g., PGCE)
* At least 2 years of teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience across Key Stages 1-4
* A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needs
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
