Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing sustainable HSE procedures; supporting the effective rollout to all departments with continued maintenance to ensure reliability.
* To support the HSE Coordinator in the establishment and management of the Health, Safety and Environmental functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
* Support the HSE Coordinator in driving a proactive health, safety and environmental culture
* Manage and maintain risk assessments, COSHH compliance, and HSE documentation
* Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings across the site
* Carry out inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure compliance and drive improvements
* Coordinate waste management, pollution control, and environmental initiatives
* Lead or support site HSE committee meetings and develop safety initiatives
* Oversee PPE requirements and first aid arrangements
* Liaise with Corporate and EMEA teams to ensure consistency in HSE processes
* Deputise for the HSE Manager when required

Requirements And Preferred Skills
* 2–4 years of experience in an HSE role within manufacturing, engineering, or oil & gas
* Proven experience as an internal auditor with hands-on knowledge of HSE management systems, including OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001
* Minimum Level 5 HSE qualification (or equivalent) such as NEBOSH, NVQ, or NCRQ
* Active member of a relevant professional body such as IOSH, IEMA, or IIRSM
